Based in Auckland, I provide technical services in food product development, process improvement, and quality management. My background includes working in a variety of small and large companies processing jams, pickles, chutneys, fish & shellfish (including coated, smoked, canned & marinated), beverages, flavours and fruit wine in product & process development and quality positions.
